This package is designed for those with little or no formal experience in wine tasting, or for those looking to improve and refine their tasting skills.  You and your guests will learn the basics of wine production and be guided through a systematic approach to tasting wine that will enhance your enjoyment of wine in any setting.  This tasting can be done with all whites, all reds, or (ideally) a combination of the two.  The wines selected will serve to highlight specific qualities that wine enthusiasts look for, such as color, aroma, acid, tannin, body, alcohol, and finish.  While ideal for novices, even more experienced oenophiles will likely learn something, too.  Ideal for a low-key evening with just a few snacks, cheese and crackers, or similar light fare.
