My personal philosophy is that the BEST wine is the one you like the most.  If that wine happens to sell for $10 a bottle, lucky you!  That being said, it can be difficult to understand why certain wines are so much more expensive than others, particularly if you don’t really feel they taste any different.  This package is designed to help you and your guests understand the elements of grape growing and winemaking that lead to the differences in price.   I can customize this to include all whites, all reds, or a combination of both.  Want to add food?  Why not stick with the theme and serve elegant canapes alongside old fashioned pigs in a blanket?
