If you've ever been offered a cocktail and defaulted to “I'll just have a glass of white wine,” this experience is for you.  You and your guests will experience a side-by-side tasting of 3-6 white wines.  Participants will quickly realize that, like shades of beige,  not all white wines are the same.  With just a bit of guidance, you’ll likely be able to correctly identify different white wines in a “blind” tasting format, just like the pros.  At the very least, you’ll discover that you more than likely DO have a preference for one over another.  This package would make a unique addition to an afternoon or evening get together with a simple-to-assemble menu of shellfish, cheeses, and stuffed mushrooms
